Bilame Nomad – Twin-Blade Corkscrew in Italian Leather Nomad Case

The Bilame Nomad is L'Atelier du Vin's legendary twin-blade corkscrew — patented in 1949 and still the most precise tool for opening aged and fragile corks — in the Nomad Collection leather case by Margherita Matticari. The outside in raw fawn leather develops a patina over time; the inside is technical and resistant.

The Bilame's two slender blades slide between the cork and the bottle neck without ever piercing it — the cork comes out intact, preserving the aromas of even the most delicate old vintages. Each piece is unique.

How to use the Bilame: Insert the longer blade first, then the shorter one. Rock the two blades down alternately with short movements. When fully inserted, remove the cork by turning and pulling.
