Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide from Valencia (Spain).

Processing time: 2–7 business days.

Carriers: UPS or FedEx for international deliveries.

Tracking: A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent upon dispatch.

Delivery estimates: These are indicative only and may vary due to carrier or customs delays.
WINE WORLD TASTERS shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control (customs procedures, strikes, weather events, etc.).
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout according to destination and delivery method.
Please ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly; errors in address details are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees established by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid directly by the customer upon delivery.
If the customer refuses to pay import duties or fails to complete the customs clearance process, leading to the destruction or abandonment of the parcel, no refund will be issued for the product or shipping costs.
If the order is returned due to refusal of import, the following will apply:

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
WINE WORLD TASTERS has no control over customs processes or the amounts charged by local authorities.
Disclaimer of Importation
Should the customer choose not to complete the importation process (e.g., refusing customs clearance or payment of duties), WINE WORLD TASTERS will not be responsible for the resulting loss or non-delivery. Such refusal shall not entitle the customer to cancel the order or request a refund.
Returns and Exchanges
We strive for customer satisfaction and quality in all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 60 days of delivery.
Conditions:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Import taxes or customs fees paid to authorities are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, contact hello@wineworldtasters.com with your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@wineworldtasters.com, providing photos and a description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
