Some bottles need an hour to open up. Others need a day. The Aveine aerator gives you either one the moment you pour.

Set it on an open bottle, choose an aeration time between 1 and 24 hours — on the aerator's own touchscreen, or through the app, which reads the label and proposes the ideal setting — and serve. A patented micro-oxygenation system, inspired by techniques borrowed from cardiac surgery, injects a precise volume of air into the wine as it passes through the spout.

Only the wine in the glass is aerated. The rest of the bottle stays exactly as it was, so a single vintage can be poured three different ways for three different palates at the same table — a young Bordeaux opened up, a fragile older wine left alone.

Cordless and rechargeable, it arrives with its charging base, a protective travel bag, USB cable and manual. Two-year warranty.
