The Soft Machine Blade – Le Pierre is L'Atelier du Vin's most extraordinary sommelier corkscrew — a homage to Pierre, the visionary who led the family company for decades. Crafted from mirror-polished stainless steel, solid brass and ebony, it is a masterpiece of French craftsmanship and a collector's piece in its own right.

Its unique rack system extracts corks in one fluid, continuous movement. Two stainless steel blades fold into the ebony handle: a large comma-shaped blade for cheese and charcuterie, and a precise foil cutter. Each piece is hand-lacquered and unique.
