FAQs
Is there a minimum order?
We work with orders of all sizes, from a small selection of executive gifts to distributions of several hundred units. Tell us what you have in mind and we will tell you what is possible.
How much should I budget per gift?
Most corporate selections sit between €75 and €200 per recipient, with statement pieces reaching €600 and above. Give us a target figure and we will build the selection around it.
How long does a corporate order take?
Lead times depend on quantity and availability, and we confirm a firm date in the proposal before you commit to anything. If you already have a fixed deadline, put it in your request and we will confirm feasibility first.
Can the gifts be personalised?
Engraved initials are available on selected L’Atelier du Vin pieces. For company branding on packaging or a printed card, tell us what you need and we will confirm what is possible for your selection.
How does invoicing work?
We issue a full business invoice for every corporate order. For EU-registered businesses outside Spain, intra-community supplies are invoiced VAT-exempt where the applicable requirements are met.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Madrid, Spain. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes payable by the recipient; we set out the expected treatment in the proposal so there are no surprises on delivery.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. We can deliver to a single location for internal distribution, or ship individually to each recipient. Tell us which you need and we will price both options.
What if something arrives damaged?
Report it within 48 hours with photographs and we replace the affected units. Every order is packed for transit and fully tracked.
