Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add the items you'd like to your cart, and complete checkout securely online. If you'd like help choosing a gift or selecting the right piece, feel free to contact us.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna and Union Pay. All payments are processed securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so if you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@wineworldtasters.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified, but you may return it under our returns policy.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it has been dispatched.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from Madrid, Spain, via UPS or FedEx. Orders are processed in 2–7 business days, and tracking is emailed on dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Can I send an order as a gift to a different address?

Yes. You can enter a shipping address different from your billing address at checkout, so your order can be sent directly to the recipient.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are paid by the customer on delivery. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 60 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. Full conditions are in our Refund Policy.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@wineworldtasters.com with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. Many of our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, ranging from 2 to 5 years depending on the item. Warranty details are noted on the relevant product pages.

Are your products authentic and from official distributors?

Yes. We sell only genuine products sourced directly from official brands and authorised distributors — never substitutes or imitations. Authenticity and provenance are central to how we operate.
