Order and invoicing data is retained for the periods required by applicable Spanish tax and commercial law. Newsletter data is retained until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted third parties who process it on our behalf as data processors, only to the extent necessary to provide our services:

Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions, to guarantee an adequate level of protection for your data.
