  • Order and transaction data: products purchased, order history, payment confirmation (we do not store full card details — see section 6).

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Order and invoicing data is retained for the periods required by applicable Spanish tax and commercial law. Newsletter data is retained until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.

5. Recipients and Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with trusted third parties who process it on our behalf as data processors, only to the extent necessary to provide our services:

Where Klarna payment methods are offered, we may share your contact information and order details with Klarna so it can assess eligibility and tailor its payment options. This data is processed in accordance with Klarna's privacy notice.

Where this occurs, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions, to guarantee an adequate level of protection for your data.
